SixSigmaEspanol.com in-person training is taught by a certified Master Black Belt instructor with extensive project experience. The cost of Green or Black Belt training includes certification , as well as valuable remote mentoring at the end of the training from the Master Black Belt who conducts the program.

Our White Belt training is the first day of our Green Belt training and provides an overview of the Six Sigma methodology.

Our Yellow Belt training is the second and third day of our Green Belt training and provides an introduction to the management process and basic tools of Six Sigma.

Our Green Belt BootCamp training also called Green Belt Week 1 provides an introduction to the management process and basic tools of Six Sigma. provides an understanding of the Lean Six Sigma roadmap. This program will cover the basics of how to scope your project, map your processes, prioritize what you need to focus on, and understand baseline metrics, hence the name “Green Belt BootCamp.” Students have the option to add Green Belt Week 2, if they decide to continue training.

Green Belt training provides the critical skills necessary to successfully participate in Six Sigma projects. It consists of 2 weeks of training: Week 1 is 4 days and Week 2 is also 4 days and is based on the Minitab statistical software.

Black Belt training is a two-week program. You must have a Green Belt certificate or certification to register, unless you enroll in the 4-week program . The 4-week Black Belt is designed for people who have no prior experience and would like to be a Black Belt. The training consists of 2 weeks of Green Belt and an additional 2 weeks of Black Belt. Students can mix and match locations using Blended Training.
Black Belt training provides everything required for Six Sigma implementation and project leadership. While based on the core principles of DMAIC, the focus is on team and project management, along with advanced statistical tools and data management.

The Master Black Belt training is a 2-week program and is based on Minitab statistical software. Week 1 is 4.5 days and Week 2 is 4 days. The Master Black Belt certification is intended for individuals and companies who want the skills to train other individuals in the Six Sigma philosophy. It also enables people to perform the highest level of Six Sigma projects and implementation.
