Root Cause Analysis (RCA) training is for individuals, teams, and organizations who want to institutionalize an operating system for structured problem solving.
Complete a project following the 8D Roadmap and apply the appropriate methods to solve a problem with an unknown cause. A certified Master Black instructor will be your guide, as needed.
RCA concepts will help you identify answers to the following questions:
- How many problems do you encounter each year? How many seem to repeat themselves?
- How many have unknown causes? How many have a known cause?
- Has a team been created to solve them? Does the team use a structured process?
At the moment due to current demand all of our RCA training events scheduled for 2024 will be taught in English at different locations in the United States and we also offer this on-site training in English.
