DFSS Black Belt

The Design for Six Sigma Black Belt (DFSS Black Belt) training consists of 3 days of training and the prerequisites for enrollment are having the Six Sigma Green Belt, DFSS Green Belt certification or experience in DOE.

• Enabling Creativity through Inventive Problem Solving Theory
• Effective handling of contradictions in the design process
• Efficient management of functional requirements
• Effective use of design principles to manage interfaces and keep the design simple
• Using simulation to efficiently test system design
• Understanding and managing reliability and robustness in the design process
• Advanced experimental techniques to improve design robustness
