The White Belt live virtual seminar is taught by one of our certified Master Black Belt instructors with extensive hands-on experience via Zoom. This seminar takes place during 1 day of 6 hours of training on the established dates and times. The objective of the seminar is for participants to be trained to participate as members of a continuous improvement project, whether Lean or Six Sigma. With this level or belt you will be able to begin the journey towards the professional competencies of Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt and Master Black Belt.

White Belt participants will be introduced to the tools and techniques used to:

• Gain a fundamental understanding of Lean and Six Sigma
• Know the structure of Six Sigma (DMAIC) and its roles
• Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC)
• Minimize waste, resources and increase customer satisfaction

Seminar schedule in Spanish:

• Tuesday from 9 am to 3 pm (UTC-06:00 time zone – Mexico City)

This seminar is aimed at the following candidates:

• Leaders considering implementing a Lean or Six Sigma strategy
• Departments or organizations that have chosen to implement Lean or Six Sigma, but do not yet have a good understanding of both methodologies
