- Online exams, including 2 comprehensive exam sessions
- Minitab software is required for this training. You can use the free 30-day trial during the training
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate upon successful completion of the training and its respective exams
- 6 CEUs from IACET and 60 PDUs from PMI
- Ability to enroll upon completion of this training for Master Black Belt certification
Online program plugins:
- Basic Project Certification can be purchased for an additional $500. This includes four hours of remote tutoring for project development with a Master Black Belt, project review for proper application of concepts, and certification.
- Premium Project Certification can be purchased for an additional $700. This includes five hours of remote mentoring with a Master Black Belt for project development, project review for proper application of concepts, certification, and access to Minitab software to use during your training.

- Minitabsoftware. Note: Minitab web app is compatible with MAC, not desktop.
