SixSigmaEspanol.com’s Lean Fundamentals Blended Training is a 6-week training that combines our self-paced online training, individual assignments, and weekly live sessions led by a Master Black Belt and Master Lean instructor. Live sessions reinforce concepts through hands-on exercises, group discussions, and quality assurance with the instructor. After completing this training, you will be able to lead a qualified team in continuous improvement projects using Lean tools.

Description

Combined Training and Certification Fundamentals of Lean

  • Training given in English language
  • Self-paced online program combined with live virtual sessions via Zoom, led by a certified Master Black Belt and Lean Master with extensive project knowledge and real-world experience
  • Digital manuals with the option to purchase printed manuals that can be shipped to a US shipping address.
  • Project training and certification is available for an additional $200* and includes 3 hours of remote support with the Master Black Belt instructor, project review, and final Lean Agent certification
  • Possibility to register at a future date for the Lean Master program

Final certification will require completion of a project

Training schedule

Live Virtual sessions are conducted on Tuesdays, and span 6 weeks.

Course Time (Given by each time zone):

  • 3 pm – 5 pm (Eastern)
  • 2 pm – 4 pm (Central)
  • 12 pm – 2 pm (Pacific)

Notes:

  • Homework and online course modules will be assigned each week to keep you on track
  • Must attend at least 80% of the 6 weekly classes live in person, and must have a camera on at least 80% of the time during class
  • The live classes will focus on exercises, discussions, and Q&A with the instructor
